Yes,14 is minimum. It is not cheap at all.
Very reliable place for a business breakfast or lunch. It is not inexpensive, but they provide a great customer experience for your money.
Great staff and atmosphere! Alexis took care of us with an energetic and professional service. They have a very interesting non-alcoholic drink list. The desserts are the icing on the cake for those that love sweet like me. :)
Elegant, beautiful, delicious meals.
Lovely dinner here with a friend. Highly recommend itCame here based on the recommendation of my brother, as to be honest i would have not otherwise given it a second glance. That would have been a mistake.
I’m disappointed in this restaurant. Me and my husband went out for a wonderful evening, and wanted to top it off at a new restaurant. The ambiance was amazing, as was the service. The food and drinks we ordered were delivered promptly and we never had to ask for anything. A young waitress named Arissa took care of us that day. The portion sizes however for two grown adults is laughable, we had to order three courses to be slightly satiated, it was like eating baby food honestly. To top it off most of food we ordered was bland. That is the real reason this restaurant deserves 3 stars instead of 5. The steak a pouive was only 4.5 oz which is even less than standard restaurants which service at least a 6oz to 8 oz cut which is disgusting and also disrespectful In nature, as we are chefs as well. Stop being cheap with portions sizes to gain extra profits, unless you guys are willing to be cheap in prices moving forward.
"Overprice and Underdeliver" - this isn't exactly a phrase that is designed to appeal, but, for some fairly obvious reasons, it's the motto of most of the restaurants in/around the Financial District where the Masters of the Universe reign.Part of the "Le District" french food hall, this resto is pretty much the epitome of the creed, delivering on poor service, amazingly expensive wines, and mediocre (at best) food. Then again, the views are stellar - both of the Hudson/NJ, and of the people as they go by...
It is a restaurant with great alfresco and beautiful sun set. With the view at least.Ordered fish of the day and it is tender and juice. Portion is just ok, not big. The ambience is a bit noisy but great for a quick friend gathering. Server is very helpful too.
Excellent spot to eat something when in a rush. Their customer service is quick, prices are affordable, excellent vibes. Will come back again
Good food, good athmospher.
The menu and service were above my expectations. We really liked the atmosphere of this place. Amazing restaurant to take my family out for lunch.
Made a reservation for a party of five with out of town guests. On arrival to the restaurant we are told there is a 45 minute wait due to “service delays”. We questioned the purpose of making a reservation and was told that the restaurant simply takes “reservations” for the purpose of gauging how many guests will be attending for that evening. Was not given any accommodating remakes from manager. Very upsetting for such a well known place of business.
Great food and service! Had a large group and did not feel rushed. The server also provided great food recommendations
I certainly love the food and customer service, awesome area next to my residence. The employees are always very nice. Highly recommended.
Have been here a few times and have always had an amazing time. Great location and have always received phenomenal service. Booked this location for team dinner/drinks and have not stopped receiving compliments from team members since.
Wonderful lunch. We had the Cahors and four wonderful French cheeses. The baguette was especially good. Great view over the Hudson. The service was caring if not properly trained. We loved it and will be back! Thank you so much.
This place gives first-rate service and delightful menu. My favourite spot around here. The food came out fast and the prices are fair. Highly recommended.
Very nice place and the food was prepared very well. Below is the french toast topped with mixed berries.
Great lunch spot on the Hudson. Had the burger and an heirloom tomato salad with chicken. All good. Service prompt. They moved us out of the sun to another nearby table. Very accommodating.
Good food, poor service. There was a private event in the bar section so we were walked in through the kitchen. The hostess suggested to take our coats and my friend gave hers. That turned out to me a mistake. The food was good but the server was extremely annoying coming over frequently and trying to clean up unfinished plates from the table. We asked her about a dish and she said this was the first day of a new menu so she did not know. In the end, we could not get my friend’s jacket because the primary section was closed and the worker we asked said we had to ask our server back in the dining area who disappeared so we went behind kitchen and got into the area where the party was and asked the hostess, after which we had to wait another 10 minute to get the jacket. There was an easy way to think it through to make clients feel welcome but no one bothered.
Bad Mangament, pretentious even for a native NYer. Manager on duty was rude and unapproachable. Drinks are small and over priced. Food, considering the attitude of the staff is simply mediocre. Luckily there are better options like Merchants River House!
Decent food but overpriced and the service isn’t that good. But the place is huge and large establishments usually take a hit service vice, so expect that going in. Great drinks and decent wine choices. And the outdoor seating just can’t be beat!
Great service, great outdoor area by the water and GREAT FOOD!
Awesome spot to get something when in a rush. The service is rapid, pricing is convenient, excellent ambience. I highly recommend this spot.
Place was almost empty when we went last night for dinner. The food was mediocre. I ordered the lamb special and it was overdone and dry!!!And, the icing on the cake was when my husband spotted a rat running across the dining hall! UGH!!!!
Only 2 stars due to a combination of things.I found the croque monsieur too small for its price. Taste was good. The service was so soThe music was way too loud (other people were complaining about it) Service so soThey kept all the nice tables set as reserved while the entire time we were there they remained empty.Personally I don’t understand why you don’t treat your actual customers the best.I won’t go back here
This is great French restaurant, food is delicious. I enjoyed the smoked salmon and the warm profiteroles. Service was fast.
At the moment you arrive in this place the stuff gives you a pleasant feeling. Very hospitable waiters, it is a friendly place to to go out with buddies or with your date. Excellent meals, talented chef de cuisine, good price and nice service. Warmly recommended.
Reliable spot in BPC, eaten here many times, rarely disappointed. However, they’ve done very little to socially distance their tables and the place is packed to the brim at weekends.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city, amazing vibe, amazing drink, amazing food, amazing sunset. Number one place to get the best Froses
Delicious assortment of French cuisine. Pricey but the quality of the food and drinks, along with the good service makes up for this fact.
After visiting the Twin Towers earlier with my Uncle and HusbandA reminder, when that plane hit the towers on 9/11, it didn't matter if you was White, Chinese, Black, Indian, or Hispanic everyone died that morning. I was very SURPRISED and Disappointed with this restaurant near the World Trade Center, where people come from all over the world from different countries. When the host tried to sit my party of three, behind a big pole, blocking us from the beautiful view. There were two available tables right in the front, i asked if we can sit, and she made excuses, it was dirty, saying that session will close after 9pm. By the time we finish our dinner at 10:30pm those two tables were full of white people only.By the way my server Arissa was an angel
We waited over an hour and there is no food being served except the soup...I don’t know how could this restaurant be open like this. After telling them we’ve been waiting for an hour they said we’re free to leave after paying for the soup, and we waited another 20 minutes to pay for the soup...I don’t know what to say about this place, it definitely doesn’t deserve the one star here if 0 star is an option.
It's great to be able to eat outside in a sheltered space, and the view & ambience is amazing. Food / drink so-so
This is a MUST TRY. By far, the best French Toast I have ever had! Excellent Brunch menu. SUPERIOR SERVICE! And most importantly, this Restaurant welcomes your Le District LOYALTY CARD, which made my budget friendly!Reservations are very accommodating, and the Restaurant atmosphere is worth your comfort and privacy. Loved it!!!*****and counting.
We went here for Saturday brunch and the place was crowded, but they still found a place for us which was nice. The hostess was very unfriendly. The waiters didn’t pay much attention because there were bigger groups of people they cared about. But the food and the view and the atmosphere were amazing and I will come back only for that.
Beautiful view of the sunset and the Hudson River. The food was really good and the portions are enough to satisfy everyone.Attention was good and everything went smooth.A little pricey but I can tell that it's worthy!!! Going back again!! ✌🏻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Food was beyond wonderful and service was excellent.
more than 40min waiting for two dishes Terrible service. Just don’t come
The location was great but the food wasn't exquisite to match the prices. Overall had a pleasant experience.
Beautiful place. Friendly and respectful service. Excellent food. Goat cheese salad pairs nicely with a glass of Sancerre.
I honestly like the food and service, great location nearby to where I live. The cashiers are always super friendly. Highly recommended.
We like a lot eating out. Last night we came to this delicious place which we didn’t know before. We spent a delightful evening there with exceptional dishes and a professional crew and a talented cuisine. We put this place in our phone list and we shall no doubt visit again very soon. Highly recommended.
Great French restaurant with outside seating righ by the Hudson River shore. Delicious food and great service! Very nice place to spend the end of the afternoon having some wine and eating delicious food!
Beautiful views of the harbor, simple and classic French food, great for lunch
Go for the views and lovely outdoor seating. Won’t be the best meal you’ve ever had but won’t be the worst either. Great place for drinks and lazy Friday summer sunsets.
Wow this place is really spacious. Not to far from the water. Looks like a good place to have office events based on the delicious party platters I saw going past me. Had a hummus plate...it was good and light. The waitress was very attentive and paired us with a good wine.
Consistently bad service, poor attitudes from hostess to manager. It’s a shame with such a beautiful spot I give in and from time to time and each time am left with a frustrating feeling of giving these people money to treat myself and guest so poorly.
The food and service were above my expectations. I really loved the atmosphere of this spot. Fantastic place to take the family out for lunch.
We enjoy hanging out. Yesterday we arrived in this delicious place which friends told us about. We enjoyed a delightful time there with fine food and a well-trained crew and a professional cuisine. We put this place in our phone list and we will definitely come back very soon. We deeply recommend.
